Clemente Guasti founded his winery in post-war Nizza Monferrato, Piedmont, becoming an early innovator in Barbera by introducing vineyard-specific labeling and creating landmark wines such as Barbera delle Cascine Nicesi and Cascina Boschetto Vecchio.

Today, the third generation, led by his grandson Enrico Piantato, continues this legacy with a strong focus on quality and innovation, embracing the prestigious Nizza DOCG project and expanding the winery’s presence in Italy and internationally.
