La Sala de Torriano is located 20 km (13 miles) south of Florence. It is in the Southern part of the municipality of San Casciano, which is the northeast area of Chianti Classico. Our wines reflect our love for this beautiful area and passion for Sangiovese. Our wines are organic, inspired by the Chianti Classico tradition while also using the latest technologies and respecting the environment. The limited quantity of bottles of our production allows us to look after carefully every phase of the wine making process. La Sala del Torriano owns 33 hectares of vineyards. Only the grapes that meet our qualitative
standards can become a La Sala del Torriano wine, from our Chianti Classico "annata" to our Riserva, to the Gran Selezione il Torriano, to our IGT Campo all'Albero. We are currently bottling 50.000 bottles.
